- Order & Work Data: assigned orders, pickup/drop-off details, earnings, delivery status, work schedule, and performance metrics.
- Device & Technical Data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, unique device identifiers, crash logs, and diagnostics.
- Communication Data: support messages, call/chat metadata (not call content unless legally required), and feedback.
- Payment/Earnings Data: bank/mobile wallet details for payouts and transaction history.
2) How We Use Your Information
We use personal data to:
- Create and manage delivery partner accounts.
- Verify identity and eligibility for delivery work.
- Assign, track, and complete delivery orders.
- Provide navigation, route optimization, and real-time tracking.
- Process earnings, incentives, and payouts.
- Send service notifications (orders, status updates, account/security alerts).
- Improve app performance, security, and user experience.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unsafe activity, and policy violations.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
3) Location Data Usage
Because delivery operations require live tracking, we may collect location data:
- While the app is in use, and
- In the background when you are online/on duty for deliveries.
We use this data to assign nearby orders, track deliveries, estimate arrival times, prevent fraud, and support safety.
You can manage location permissions in your device settings, but disabling location may limit app functionality.
4) How We Share Information
We may share data with:
- Customers and restaurants (limited operational data such as courier name, phone masking where available, and delivery status).
- Service providers (cloud hosting, maps, analytics, notifications, customer support, payment processors).
- Affiliates and business partners where necessary for operations.
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In case of business transfer (merger, acquisition, restructuring), subject to lawful safeguards.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5) Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to:
- Provide services and manage your account,
